Seed Farm manages the financial resources that help fuel The Farm’s goals, purposes and projects. It sits directly under the office of the CEO, in The Farm Ventures Ltd. Seed Farm operates in accordance with The Farm Venture’s strategic investment plans, in alignment with our Global Impact Investments System. 

How Does The Farm Finance Projects? 

The Farm Ventures Ltd. is positioned under a family office in Zurich, Switzerland and has partnerships with various external, wholly-owned finance bodies, providing a well-established financial network throughout Europe, UK, Africa, Asia, USA and Canada. 

Our finance arm is the principal in a fully compliant European Registered Fund and Global Trust, with funds under management, enabling access to and capability for the deployment of assets to projects that meet project funding criteria. Through ongoing Structured Finance Programmes, the assets under management provide investment capital to The Farm Ventures Ltd., which in turn provides investment allocations - overseen by Seed Farm - for approved projects under each of the sectors within the Farm consortium. 

The Farm Ventures Ltd. also arranges and manages Joint Ventures, and Co-Investment Funding with partnering organisations or financial entities. 

All projects and collaborations follow criteria which allow for project identification and allocations under guidelines established by continental regulatory finance authorities, banking and sovereign institutions and in alignment with The Farm Strategies and Project Criteria.

The Farm Ventures Ltd. has a global approach and deploys its capital across an entire company lifecycle, from founding companies in-house, to seed/start-up investments, to joint ventures, to large-scale investments in established companies.
