The Farm has a global approach and deploys its capital across the entire company lifecycle, from founding companies in-house, to seed/start-up investments, to large-scale investments in established companies.

We operate four key strategies:

Farm Wholly Owned Companies: The Farm operates several companies that it founded. These include long-established legacy operations, brought under The Farm’s operating umbrella, as well as more recent innovations. These companies are in areas of especial interest to our partners and include holdings in media & entertainment, technology, wellness and hospitality.

Farm Investor Ally: Our strategy for investments made into an existing high-potential company. We provide the capital needed to accelerate to next-level growth, provide introductions to valuable partners and advice on vision and strategy. Willing and able to work with teams in varied stages of development and to take more or less signifiant positions in the cap table.

Farm Joint Venture/ Co-Investment: The Farm enters into partnerships or co-investment strategies with other parties with whom it has a shared vision and mutually-supportive resources. Operational responsibilities are divided. FJV/ CI may include capital injections. 

Farm Humanitarian & Charitable Initiatives: The Farm founders have launched several charitable enterprises across the UK, USA, and Kenya to advance their humanitarian goals and make a meaningful impact on communities in need. These initiatives strive to improve lives, promote sustainability, and foster economic development in underserved areas. These projects are both internally-funded and donor-supported. Additionally, The Farm works with non-profits or community organisations with whom it has aligned intent. The Farm provides grants, management support and access to its network of resources, enabling these organisations to amplify the impact and effectiveness of their work. The Farm benefits from the extraordinary knowledge, passion and commitment that its partners possess, attributes that inform and uplift its own programmes. 

Investment Philosophy: Our investments team adopts a hands-on approach, focusing on identifying and leveraging key triggers that elevate company valuations. We invest in exceptional performers in high-growth sectors across The Farm’s areas of interest. The Farm's strategies involve both internal capital as well as partnerships with strategic investors, ensuring significant value-add and long-term support for their portfolio companies.
