CLINICS AND WELLNESS CENTRES

Health Farm is heavily invested in addressing the marginalised communities who lack access to even the most basic of health care resources, and have yet to gain access to the rapidly growing advanced health and wellness industry resources, available in many developed nations today.

Our core focus at present are the very remote areas in rural Kenya and other African countries, where communities struggle daily with limited access to medical clinics, equipment and medicines.

NASERIAN FOUNDATION

Benchmark Healthcare Systems

The Naserian Foundation is a Kenyan-based NGO with a development philosophy grounded in the belief that one must consider holistically all aspects of social and community development. The foundation prioritises close and respectful collaboration with local communities and with both regional and international partners. Naserian Foundation’s current projects and collaborations include the Olplagilagi Medical Clinic and Wellness Centre, both primary and secondary schools for the community, and associated supporting services.

Naserian Foundation was formed to service the basic healthcare needs and improve access to health and wellness resources, in rural regions in Kenya for a growing population of local communities who live in very remote communities with limited access to medical, health and prevention services. Naserian’s interests in building and supporting thriving and sustainable local communities resulted in expansion into programmes that cover the core pillars in the formation and maintenance of  a healthy community and society – including economics, education, health/medical, food security, arts and culture, conservation and many others.
